Welcome
I welcome you to the "Sustainable Regional Development Scientific Journal" (SRDSJ), published with the
support of the Albanian Association of Regional Scientists (A.A.R.S). The primary goal of SRDSJ is to
promote Sustainability Science within the Regional Science discipline and to provide an opportunity for
scientists worldwide to publish their articles in accordance with our guidelines.
SRDS Journal is a multidisciplinary, peer-reviewed scientific journal committed to publishing
high-quality articles on contemporary research and accredited studies. The journal focuses on topics
such as regional development, regional economic policy, and sustainability, among others. The title
"SRDSJ" underscores its three core pillars: "sustainable", "regional", and "development". These pillars
embrace our vision to promote multidisciplinary research on regional and spatial economies aimed at
fostering economic development while meeting contemporary sustainability standards for a harmonious
coexistence between the social and environmental spheres. SRDSJ's goal is to ensure regional development
for future generations. Our website also serves as a communication platform, providing information about
scientific events and new publications.
SRDS Journal targets academic researchers, professionals, practitioners, and policymakers at regulatory
institutions. Its goal is to offer a reliable platform for sharing scientific knowledge and fostering
discussions related to regional development policies and sustainability initiatives.
In our journal, you will find information about our various activities presented through photos and
videos. The Albanian Association of Regional Scientists (A.A.R.S.) is a newly established think tank
focusing on Regional Science. As a non-profit organization, we promote international cooperation in
research and the exchange of scientific ideas.
We would also like to inform you that all materials from our SRDSJ archives are available free of charge
and that no advertisements or biased content are published within our journal.
